Welcome to SmartMeal Prep. By using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

SmartMeal Prep is a meal planning application that helps you plan weekly meals, generate grocery lists, and track nutrition. The app offers both free and premium (Pro) features.

2. Subscriptions

• Pro subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play > Subscriptions or the App Store.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you create in the app (meal plans, favorites, pantry items). We store this data to provide the service and may delete it upon account deletion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimer

SmartMeal Prep provides meal suggestions and nutritional estimates for informational purposes only. We are not nutritionists or medical professionals. Always consult a healthcare provider for dietary advice specific to your health conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartMeal Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the app (Settings > Delete Account) or by emailing jomoracanada@gmail.com. All associated data will be permanently removed.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
