Delete Your Account

SmartMeal Prep allows you to permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. You have two options:

Option 1: Delete from the App

  1. Open SmartMeal Prep on your device.
  2. Go to the Settings tab (Profile icon).
  3. Scroll down to Support & Legal.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to jomoracanada@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Subscription Cancellation

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play or App Store subscription. To stop billing, cancel your subscription separately through:
